First Video Post


Day one is under our belts and we are finally warming up from being outside for 4 hours. The Weather Channel says it, "feels like 14," but I don't believe it...seems MUCH colder to Shasta and me, who are used to warm Kentucky weather!
This afternoon, we began our journey away from the apartment and started up Pennsylvania Avenue toward the capitol building. Two miles later, we were staring up at the Lincoln Memorial! I am pleased to post my very first "video diary" entry and hope you enjoy watching it.
